We carried out this project in the Gran Via, described by the press as a "ziggurat" in the middle of Madrid. On its facade, executed in Galician granite and designed by architect De la Hoz, we chose to "play on volumes with the terraces of the apartments" by creating a descending staircase towards Plaza de España to bridge a significant difference in level between the two adjacent buildings.
